Infiniti QX80 - Scott Conant

DIR: James Gray CD/CW: Me CD/AD: Scott MacGregor

This was a global campaign, shot with chef Scott Conant and

director James Gray (and DP Darius Khondji for you film buffs).

I had a day or two on the front page of every international edition of the NY Times.

The exorbitantly luxurious, room-for-eight QX80 allows Chef & Entrepreneur Scott Conant to stage an "Escape from New York" with his friends, to a beautiful al fresco dinner in the Hudson River Valley. Agency, Chiat/Day, Directed by James Gray, DP Darius Khondji, music by South LA. Extended 60 second version. For more work see cooperolson.com.

Hyundai Equus - Valet

DIR: Alexander Paul ACD/CW: Me ACD/AD: Tyson Brown

During this night shoot, we had to hold for four hours—for snow. In New York. In October.

When we got home, our producer looked it up: that’s only happened four times ever.

The Hyundai Equus beat Jaguars, Porsches, Lexii, and other cars that cost up to twice as much to win the JD Power Appeal Award in 2011. When your money's that smart, you notice things other people don't--like an open, free parking space in New York City when everyone else is doing valet.
